Hey everybody! i’ve been running around like crazy as usual, trying to get Radjuli into as many stores as possible for all of you fine folks!
You can now find Radjuli cuffs at Lazy Susan’s in Fairfield Plaza (1564 Fairfield Plaza) and in Oak Bay at 1974 Oak Bay Ave; also, we’re in Fernwood Square at the She Said Gallery (right across from the pub-can’t miss it!)
Only for the month of december (which is 1/3 gone?!) you can find my fantastic leather bags at Lotus Designs, located for (one month only!) inside the Bay Centre in downtown Victoria;
and, as always, we’re very happy to be represented in Victoria at Sideshow, Regalia Boutique, Garden of Eden, and we’re very excited to be back at Aces & Spades!
On Dec 12th & 13th, we’re super stoked to be at the Moss St. Holiday Market with Labyrinth Leather, which will be our only holiday market event, so come say hi! The market will be INDOORS this year, which is AWESOME, from 10am-4pm at the Fairfield Community Centre, 1330 Fairfield Rd.
in Vancouver, you can find cuffs, collars and bracers at the Jem Too,#109-22 East Cordova; check out the new belts at Blushing Boutique, and i dropped off an entire new stock of collars, sleeves and bracers at Flaming Angels!
of course, if you live in other parts of the wild, check out Radjuli.com for a list of stores, or check out our Etsy store (new items now listed!) or, send an email to make a custom order!
Just so you know, if your loved ones were hoping for Radjuli for Xmas, but you just couldn’t decide what to get for them, i do offer gift certificates for custom pieces!
have a safe and happy holiday season, and best wishes from Radjuli Custom Designs!

Radjuli: THE BOOK available now!
Posted in News , Photography , Store , Uncategorized by radjuli - Oct 17, 2009
The fantastically talented Keithsonic and i have been shooting photos together since the spring of 2008, and we’ve compiled quite a collection! Different moods, lighting situations and characters are all represented, and we decided that rather than clutter up the Keithsonic harddrive, we should set them loose in print! The result is Radjuli: The Book, featuring 24 full colour glossy photos collected in comic book format and printed by South Island Print Services ( www.wedocomics.com )!
the books are packaged in those neato comic book bags, and come with two Radjuli logo stickers, designed by Cara Sheppard of Bat Baby Designs and Erin Sharp at Sage Illustration, all for the low price of 12 dollars!
Radjuli: The Book is available EXCLUSIVELY at JEM Gallery in Vancouver and Regalia Boutique in Victoria
(or from me!)
oh yeah-and they are a limited edition of 75, so get’em while they’re here!

Camera Obscura!
Posted in Uncategorized by radjuli - Jun 23, 2009
in the sprit of analogue, i thought i’d try to sew part of the camera obscura project on my 1945 Singer treadle sewing machine!
this was accomplished by 1) visiting my friend Bill Murray to procure some special bobbins (“long bobbins” in Singer-speak);
2) figuring out how to wind them-this involved an infuriating hour or so on the internet, scouring several US-based mail-order and sewing machine repair sites, who all wanted me to purchase a replica manual for the paltry cost of 19.95 USD; and finally 3) figuring it out myself. hell, i’m a machinist! i can DO that! so, or haha, pardon the pun, sew, i was off to the races!
here are a couple of shots of the machine: (more to follow, along with the video!)

New Custom Work!
Posted in costumes by radjuli - Jun 23, 2009
It’s been a crazy couple of weeks! Shows, weddings, recording, creating, seeing old friends, making new ones, and driving for…a long time! i went from touring northern BC with Yael Wand and Christina straight back into the Radjuli leather studio!
project numero uno is Trudi’s Camera Obscura, i’ll be posting a video of how i made this crazy project-once it’s all put together (both the camera and the video!)
i had time to squeeze in a quick costume piece for one of our local burners-he’s a fire performer, and required some specialized gear for a new routine.
i’d like to see some photos of it in action!
we’ll just have to make do with these rough ones:
